I feel like the over-zealous juggler at the county fair challenging a volunteer to “go ahead, toss me another ball, I can handle it”!
I don’t know if I’m nuts, arrogant or just appropriately confident to be taking on as much as I am right now. But I must confess, it’s invigorating. I’m finding that having a lot on my plate makes me more efficient and gives me a new, bigger perspective on everything I’m working on.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, right?
Or is it.
Where I’m losing out is having less time with the kids. And when I do get time with them, they’re pretty darn tired.
